Our prices vary depending on demand and occupancy. Therefore we can guarantee the best prices for early bookers.
The price can therefore increase with later or short-term request.

The local tax, a contribution to the preservation of the natural and cultural treasures of our region, is charged at 2.20 Euro per guest over 14 years of age and per overnight stay. In addition, from April onwards all public transport throughout South Tyrol can be used free of charge with the South Tyrol Guest Pass. This environmental contribution is charged at 1.00 euro per person per night.

Should you have to cancel your holiday, we are of course very sorry. In this case, please inform us in good time. There is no right of cancellation as defined by the Consumer Protection Code. The following cancellation conditions apply:

These cancellation conditions apply irrespective of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in whole or in part. The same applies to early departures. Cancellations are only accepted in writing.

In order for you to be able to look forward to your holiday without worries, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Your room will be ready for occupancy from around 3 pm onwards. On departure, please vacate your room by 10.30 am at the latest.

On the day of your departure, you are welcome to enjoy a relaxing day in our wellness area including a buffet lunch (Euro 55,- per person, free of charge for a stay of three nights or more). Should you wish to use your booked room during the day on the day of check-out, this is also possible subject to availability. For this we charge 260€ in the family suites and 220€ in the double rooms. You can then use your room until 6 pm, including lunch and cake buffet.

• Sustainable travel with the South Tyrol Guest Pass. From April you can travel free of charge on all public transport throughout South Tyrol. Exclusively for you at Chalet Mirabell.
• In your room you will find comfortable and 100% recyclable room slippers. Please bring your bath slippers from home.
• You reuse your hand & bath towels by hanging them up. Only the ones on the floor are changed daily.
• You place the housekeeping card on the bed and the bed linen will be changed.
• We do not provide a daily turn-down service. Should you require this, please leave the sign on the door handle.

Here in the mountains, at 1400 m above sea level, you fortunately don't need air conditioning. On particularly hot summer days, it is sufficient if you keep curtains and blackout blinds closed during the day and ventilate well before going to bed. The summer freshness in the mountains is our natural air conditioning.

Of course, your four-legged darling is also very welcome here. We charge Euro 45.00 per day for him or her (without food).
Your dog is welcome to join you for breakfast and dinner at our modern, new Mountain Blue Bar. Of course, he or she is welcome in our new Mountain Suites, as well as in the new Chalet and Family Suites. We kindly ask for your understanding that your pets are not allowed in our spa area with beauty and in all wellness rooms, the sunbathing lawn as well as in the dining rooms. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket so that your animal friend feels completely comfortable.
Next to our hotel, there is a beautiful forest with many walking possibilities.

A free parking space is reserved in our underground car park for every Chalet Mirabell guest. There is free choice of parking space.

You drive an electric car? We think that's great! You can conveniently charge your electric car at one of our four stations for an additional charge.

We would be delighted if you would also contribute to making every Chalet Mirabell evening something very special. We therefore ask gentlemen to wear long trousers and closed shoes, and ladies to wear an elegant gown. Thank you very much.
